hi, escpecially to MOHD HAKIMI yg bru found out that i had a blog..hehehehe.. by the way he is a hacker..;p

so back to the main point of creating a new entry..
this time entry is all about the experience that ika n i had during the process of completing our statistic's assignment..

im sure sume org ader assignment..
just nk share ngan u guys yg this semester nyer assignmnt mcm agak complicated..xder ar ssh sgt cume we are not really get used to it..
can u imagined, we have to interview 3 managers in an organization..n bnda tu mmg nmpk simple tp actually bukan mudah bcoz u have to deal with the expert n it may lead to failure during communication process as we are not that expert in dealing with interview session..
tp xpelah.,i take it as challenge and i have to dare myself to try out..
bcoz i pon one day will be getting into that field..nk deal ngan rmi org..so experience tu penting an?

assignment ni requires us to come out with a statistic psal our own topic ar..
so awalnyer kitorang da choose about 'employee motivation' but then tibe2 rse mcm xbest so suddenly last minute i decided to change it to "LEADERSHIP BEHAVIOR"..the reason why we decide to pick that topic is bcoz leadership ni had been part of the important transactions in today's shifting ground..so bygkan kiter sumer xder n xtahu aper2 knowledge pertaining to leadership,then sape nk guide n make some move to try something new?

in fact sume orang ader experience sndiri mcmner mreka menangani mslah dalam memimpin.. so, that is the main point of choosing that topic..

after analyzing the suitable topic kitorang pon decide ar nk distribute questinnaire kat maner n what are the methods that will be using in order to receive the response from people..
so, i suh ika trun kl during mid sem break as that is the only suitable time for us to start conducting that assignment..
destinasi yang telah dipilih is area umah nnk i jer bcoz sng nk pergi..n mmndang kan nnk i leh tlong antar kitorang so ia memudahkan lg kerjer kotorg..

SELAYANG MALL is our first destination..
last wednesday (17th february) ika smpi kl..so on thursday kitorang da start ar edarkan soalan..
first target is family members of course..

msuk jer mall tu ader stu prasaan tkot n nervous yg tramat sgt, pdhal bkn ader ap pon cume tkot nk tegur owg..
as i remmber, first kdi yg kitorang msuk is kdai emas yg xtrknal pon n most of the workers are chinise,,
kitorg ni punyer bg brief n introduce ourselves very well then tibe2 nk tahu ape reply yg kitorg dpt?

2. if ader yg tahu slayang mall tu katner,bygkan kitorg tawaf satu bgunan mydin n courts mammoth tnpe berjaye dpt aper2 result yg mmberangsgkan..dtmbah ngan cuace yg sgt pnss..
3. try to imagine dgn cuace yg pns,i was wearing wedges yg agk tggi,dgn make up yg byk layer (pelembap,foundation,powder,), n slh pki bju bcoz i was wearing bju yg ika kata agak sexy..wahhh malunyer..malu ngan diri sndiri sbanyer..motif uat sume tu yelah,nk jge name uitm kn..bcoz we are represent uitm..tp xsgke plak mmbebankan diri sndiri..
4. lastly, kitrg kne balik naik bus dri slayng mall ke batu caves.. this is due to nenek's sickness yang mlande few days ago..she's not feeling well tp tu ar..dia da hntar so we dont want to burden her anymore so kirenyer mcm nk bdikari ar knon pdhal mrngut giler sbananyer.. sgt kelam kelibut, yelah smpai bus lalu dpn mata pon xprasan n nsib baik smpat kejar..malu..da ar that time rmai kaum adam..segan..

tp tulah,sume pngalaman tu da menghapuskan jurang antara i ngan dia..sape dia tu..she is nur atiqah ayub..the time that we had spent together is so much fun girl.. i didnt had that kind of experiences with the other mates..thanx dear..i wont forget that..
